Medium Channel Clairvoyant How to Stop Feeding Ego |
|
|
______________________________________________ Everyday you choose how you will react to your environment. Each choice you make will feed the Ego or the Soul. Begin by memorizing the soul elements. Keep them in front of you like a mantra. Put a list on your fridge, in your car, on your desk, or anywhere you spend time. Understand each element (we will discuss each one individually later) and make a conscious choice to fully develop that quality inside of you. Make a list of elements that you are most comfortable with and the ones that are the most challenging for you. These are the elements most useful for resolving issues in your life right now. Be as brutally honest with yourself as you can but keep it as an observation rather than a judgement. Remember that guilt is an Ego based energy that creates Karma. The task here is self awareness.
We have a tendency to learn best through others. When you bring understanding to a situation, it is resolved for you on a Karmic level. The other person doesn’t have to get it, only you do. Ultimately, your success or failure is based solely on you. As a compassionate soul you may feel the need to reach out to others but only if they are open to it. You cannot grow for others nor can you control them. Only Ego would want you to. Everything around you is there by Karma or life plan. If you have emotion then you are lacking a soul element and are creating Karma. Stop, learn, expand, and release. Deal with it now, clear it now, release any judgements you may have. Each evening take the time to journal about your day. Begin with a general summary. Note any highlights. What stands out the most? What caused the most emotion, irritation, frustration? What element did you focus on today? What effect did it have? What elements were lacking? Based on today, how will you change your focus tomorrow? Take total responsibility for each event in your life. No one is there by accident but everyone involved has something that they need to learn about themselves. Always make life about you and what you need in any instance. It is an opportunity to shine in the glow of the soul elements, not to see yourself as more important than another soul. Be careful that your Ego does not see this as permission to run wild.
Are your actions, feelings, thoughts, and words in harmony with the soul
elements? It is your responsibility alone to ensure that they are. You
will learn how to soften your energies with acceptance, humour, and joy
so that people are comfortable around you. You want to take the time to truly understand the depth of your feeling on any issue. The key is then to change how you react to things so that your feelings generate from the heart and not the Ego. You have had many lives and will bring forward issues from the past that were left unresolved. Sometimes all that is required is an acknowledgment of the pain and what caused it, to release it. Ignoring emotion is never the answer, it must be released, not stored. As yourself, “How has this emotion distorted my perception of events and issues?” How are your enemies your greatest teachers? Have you done the work required for yourself by the situation? Learn how to pull your head out of the present and into an oversoul perspective. Stop listening to the lump of grey matter in your head and start embracing the messages of your higher self. Learn how to overcome your fear. Honestly assess how much of your self concept is based on fear and protection. Learn the ability to accept that you’ve erred and now learn from it. These are two of your greatest tools for defeating Ego.
In any situation, feel it out first. Forget the excuses. Later you think
about it all you want. The most important question you ever need ask is
this, “Do I feels this is something that I need to do or be involved
with?” If you truly feel inside that the answer is “yes,” then do it.
You do not need excuses, you only need to be led. There is no bad
choice, only growth. However, you should also consider these questions
as well: Change the way you react to your environment. If it is not your issue, don’t get involved. Allow people to be who they are, support their right to choose for themselves while being selfish for yourself. Become less process directed rather than outcome directed. If it is not a soul element then it is Ego. Love your family. Let them be who they need to be. Make a difference when you can, but realize that no action should change how you love yourself or others. When you embrace selfishness and the soul elements, and you begin to gauge where you are in life based on that criteria, then you starve your Ego because each day you give it less and less energy to work with. When you recognize something as being Ego based, make a conscious choice to take back any energy that you have put into that pattern. Actually take the time to visualize it as a shape that is solid. Then demand your energy back and visualize the light coming from that form back to you. Visualize the shape crumbling back to nothingness. Then decree that the energy be used somewhere else. For example, “I take back my energy from this self defeating pattern.” Visualize. “I transform this energy into pure strength for my self.” Then visualize that energy becoming the light of strength and being absorbed by your self. Any element will work. I try to choose one that would overcome an old pattern. Distrust becomes Acceptance. Insecurity becomes Trust. Frustration becomes Creativity. You’ll get the idea after doing it a few times. Make it a daily routine and transform your approach to life. Share your understanding with others so that they can share in your success rather than be afraid of it. When you talk about this process you should only share what you are doing for you. It is up to each of us to make the choice for themselves. It is very much a lead by example type of thing. Develop a relationship with your soul elements. See them as something you can rely on in times of need, times that you would typically rely on your Ego. Use them instead and watch your perceptions, experiences, and success shift.
