This book is a perfect gift and read for anyone of any age. You don't have to be a jock or a Navy SEAL to appreciate the life lessons of this book. If you have a teen or young adult in the family this book could help them immeasurably. It's the book I'd let my sons leave home with.

It's wonderful to see medical doctors finally acknowledging that meditation and visualization play a profound role in health. Doctors now accept that our bodies are designed to become what we intend them to be. These books are important for anyone working through their health issues.
